At CFS Tribe, we prioritize the safety, effectiveness, and enjoyment of our classes for all athletes. To ensure a smooth and productive training environment, we have implemented the following policies:
1.1 Booking Classes
- Members can book classes starting 48 hours in advance of the class commencement time.
- Booking availability opens precisely 48 hours before the class start time to ensure fair access for all members.
1.2 Cancellations
- For classes starting before 10:00 AM: Cancellations are acceptable if made at least 10 hours prior to the class start time.
- For classes starting between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time.
- Classes cancelled later than these specified times will not be eligible for a refund and will lose a credit.
1.3 No Shows
- If a member fails to attend two booked classes in a single month, a fee of €10 will be incurred and charged to the member's account.
- If a member does not show up for a sold-out class, a fee of €10 will be incurred and charged to the member's account regardless of the number of no-shows previously recorded.
2.1 Late Arrival Limit
- Athletes arriving more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled class may not be permitted to participate in that class.
- This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the class structure and ensure that all athletes receive proper instruction and warm-up time.
2.2 Rescheduling Option
- If an athlete arrives late and is unable to participate in the scheduled class, CFS Tribe will make every effort to accommodate them in the next available class.
- Athletes are encouraged to communicate with CFS Tribe staff regarding their late arrival to facilitate rescheduling.
2.3 Safety Considerations
- For the safety of the athlete and to maintain the quality of instruction, late arrivals may not be allowed to join a class already in progress.
- Participating in a class without proper warm-up and instruction may increase the risk of injury.
2.4 Exceptions
- In exceptional circumstances such as unforeseen emergencies or transportation issues, CFS Tribe management may make exceptions to this policy at their discretion.
2.5 Communication
- Athletes are encouraged to communicate any potential delays or issues affecting their arrival time with CFS Tribe staff in advance whenever possible.
2.6 Acknowledgement
- By attending classes at CFS Tribe, athletes acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this late-to-class policy for the safety and benefit of all participants.
3.1 Supervision
- Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises of CFS Tribe. This ensures the safety of the children and prevents any disruption to other members' workouts.
3.2 Designated Areas
- While we welcome families to our gym, we request that children remain in the warm-up area only so that they do not interfere with ongoing classes or training sessions. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children stay within these designated areas.
3.3 Safety Equipment
- If children are present in the gym, they must be kept a safe distance away from any moving equipment or heavy weights to avoid accidents or injuries.
3.4 Behaviour Expectations
- Children are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully towards other members, coaches, and gym equipment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the child and their accompanying adult being asked to leave the premises.
3.5 Classes and Programs
- CFS Tribe may offer specific classes or programs tailored for children under certain circumstances. Details regarding such classes will be communicated separately, and participation will be subject to availability and adherence to the gym's policies.
4.1 Leash Requirement
- Dogs brought onto the gym premises must be kept on a leash at all times to ensure the safety of all members and visitors.
4.2 Behaviour Expectations
- Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are well-behaved, non-aggressive, and under control at all times. Any disruptive or aggressive behavior from a dog may result in the owner and their pet being asked to leave the gym
4.3 Cleanliness
- Owners must clean up after their dogs both inside the gym and in the surrounding outdoor areas.
4.4 Allergies and Sensitivities
- Some members and staff may have allergies or sensitivities to animals. Owners should be mindful of this and take necessary precautions to minimize any potential issues.
4.5 Limitations
- While we understand the importance of including pets in daily activities, the presence of dogs at CFS Tribe is subject to limitations based on space availability and consideration for other members' comfort and safety.
By adhering to these policies, you help maintain a safe, fair, and effective training environment for all members. Your cooperation and commitment to our community is appreciated. We look forward to helping you discover the joy of movement, redefine your limits, and unlock your full potential with our expert coaches and vibrant community at CFS Tribe.
